Responsibilities
Work closely with physicians, APPs and Premier Physician leadership to shape, guide and direct the overall initiatives and daily operations of the Cardiology, cardiovascular and vascular service line and practices within PPN
Work with the designated Vice President to prepare and analyze data for strategic decision-making
Planning, organizing, staffing, influencing, and coordinating operations
Participates in the formulation, interpretation, and execution of company and system strategic plans
Responsible and accountable for the assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of all areas of responsibility
Participates in the formulation, interpretation, and execution of departmental and system policies and procedures
Functions as a creative, innovative leader and coordinator with a high degree of independence and accountability
Develops, directs and leads the near and long term strategic vision, growth and development for the programs under their responsibility
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Type of degree: Bachelors
Area of study or major: Business Administration or Healthcare
5 - 7 years of job related experience
Progressive healthcare leadership experience including planning, organizational cultural change, strategic and business development
Extensive experience working directly with physicians and in a matrix environment
Strong communication, planning and execution of strategies, including operations
Preferred
MBA, MHA, MPH, or Clinical Masters Degree
Practice management experience
