Account Executive Assistant
Timex Group is a company focused on achieving sales and profit objectives, and they are seeking an Account Executive Assistant to support the Senior Director. This role involves assisting with daily sales operations, managing reports, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities
Maintain weekly files, recaps and analyzation
Coordinate with internal resources (Marketing, Creative, Brand, Planning) to ensure that opportunities are maximized, and in line with overall strategies
Execute all account set-ups and requests
Manage ECOM feeds and all needs to maximize ECOM sites
Identify, develop and implement account strategies to drive profitable growth and meet targeted benchmarks
Collaboration with Senior Director on sales driving support to maximize sales and profitability within the sales organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in business or related field of study
Ability to communicate within a team and cross functionally
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint (Keynote) and Word
Must possess the ability to think independently and exercise strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time-management skills
Some travel may be required
Preferred
Preferred sales/planning experience in wholesale/retail environment
