Strategic Advisor - Health and Employee Benefits

TriBridge Partners is seeking a Strategic Advisor to support their Health & Employee Benefits team. This role focuses on managing client relationships throughout the benefits lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, and compliance support, while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality service.

Coordinating benefit marketing and renewals
Leading client meetings
Managing carrier and partner relationships
Supporting open enrollment strategy and execution
Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
Identifying coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities

Required

Minimum 2 years Health & Welfare senior level account management experience required in the large group market (51+), in MD/DC/VA
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (or industry experience)
Active Life/Health License or ability to get licensed within first 90 days of employment
Current and relevant knowledge of legislation, market trends and issues affecting the Health & Welfare market
Thorough understanding of the marketing / vendor search process and the ability to manage the total process
Thorough understanding of medical, dental, life/AD&D, disability, vision, etc. coverage
Understanding of various benefits administration technology alternatives
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to present and manage presentations covering complex topics
Effective time management skills that allow the candidate to effectively multi-task, as well as prioritize and organize complex projects and balance long term goals
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in appropriate software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat

Preferred

Thorough understanding of the self-insurance and reinsurance coverage concepts, preferred but not required
