They are seeking a proactive and organized Maintenance Planner to join their Brewing team, responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to maximize productivity and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and prioritise maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, and automation equipment
Build and maintain preventive maintenance programmes and support predictive maintenance initiatives
Coordinate materials, tools, and spare parts to ensure seamless maintenance operations
Analyse equipment performance and downtime data to identify improvements
Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and operations teams to ensure work is executed efficiently and safely
Support continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability and maintenance effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Technical diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field (preferred)
Several years' experience in maintenance planning or as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Experience with SAP-ERP or similar maintenance systems
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Any experience in Advanced Excel and PowerBI is advantageous
