Monitor and analyze regional real estate trends to determine current market conditions and asset value
Manage and verify data related to active listings, pending transactions, and closed sales to support decision making
Review third party appraisals to ensure accuracy and alignment with internal valuation standards
Utilize various data sources to generate consistent and logical valuation conclusions for residential properties
Assess property comparables and historical sales records to establish accurate pricing ratings
Qualification
Required
Experience with real estate valuation, appraisal review, or similar market analysis roles
Strong organizational skills and the ability to solve complex problems with data
Proficiency in managing large data sets with a high level of attention to detail
Solid understanding of residential real estate markets and comparable sales analysis
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
