Responsibilities
Leverage adult learning theory to develop quality e-learning programs and engaging learning resources
Collaborate with content experts from various departments and across functions to ensure quality and accuracy of all training materials and adherence to deadlines
Develop and/or procures graphics and content to incorporate into e-learning applications
Create scripts/storyboards when planning for a new online learning module or video
Manage and load training to aligned learning management systems to ensure eLearning courses function properly and are accessible to trainees
Serve as producer for virtual classroom sessions
Research third-party learning tools and solutions and provide recommendations for improving existing offerings and resources
Maintain and update existing eLearning courses
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Education, Instructional Design
At least 2 years of experience in Instructional Design and eLearning
Experience integrating social learning platforms into training programs
Experience developing custom learning solutions for diverse target audiences
Experience recording and editing audio narration
Knowledge of web standards, best practices, and web browser compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile environments
Knowledge of web languages, HTML, JavaScript, Management of Learning Management System (LMS)
Advanced expertise with multiple e-learning development tools (e.g. Camtasia, Flash, Photoshop, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, GoAnimate, GOMO)
Experience in controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
