Responsibilities

Manage project scope, timeline, and resources to meet contractual and client expectations
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and track key milestones
Lead on-site and virtual meetings with senior stakeholders to assess needs and guide implementations
Facilitate process discovery workshops and recommend software configurations or customizations
Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Identify project risks early and propose effective mitigation strategies
Deliver high-quality, on-time implementations aligned with customer business processes
Conduct system and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality
Lead tailored training sessions for end users and client teams
Create and maintain clear documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes
Develop deep proficiency in 4–6 software modules within one year and independently lead implementations
Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction
Collaborate cross-functionally with support, development, and product teams to resolve issues and continuously improve the implementation process

Required

Confident communication skills with both C-suite executives and frontline operations personnel
Experience managing the implementation of designated software projects for new and existing clients
Ability to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope
Experience facilitating customer training
Ability to align technology with client business goals

Ability to develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and track key milestones
Experience leading on-site and virtual meetings with senior stakeholders
Ability to facilitate process discovery workshops and recommend software configurations or customizations

Experience delivering high-quality, on-time implementations aligned with customer business processes

Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally, including weekends
