Responsibilities
Manage project scope, timeline, and resources to meet contractual and client expectations
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and track key milestones
Lead on-site and virtual meetings with senior stakeholders to assess needs and guide implementations
Facilitate process discovery workshops and recommend software configurations or customizations
Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Identify project risks early and propose effective mitigation strategies
Deliver high-quality, on-time implementations aligned with customer business processes
Conduct system and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality
Lead tailored training sessions for end users and client teams
Create and maintain clear documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes
Develop deep proficiency in 4–6 software modules within one year and independently lead implementations
Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction
Collaborate cross-functionally with support, development, and product teams to resolve issues and continuously improve the implementation process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Agriculture, Engineering, or related field
2–4 years of experience in project management or software implementation
2+ years of experience in data analysis, systems integration, or enterprise software environments
Experience with Excel, SQL, data mapping, or similar tools
Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability in technical environments
Proven ability to lead and influence both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident public speaking and client presentation skills
Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Ability to coach and mentor others within the team
Strong leadership and people management skills
Preferred
Experience working in agriculture, animal protein, or supply chain industries is a plus
Experience with tools such as Jira, Wrike, Microsoft Project, DevOps or equivalent is a plus
