Responsibilities

Provides subject matter expertise, leadership and recommendations to clients regarding application problems and solutions
Holds accountability with clients and manages their expectations, ensuring they align with the Statement of Work (SOW)
Guides clients through detailed discovery sessions surrounding UKG PRO application capabilities to identify and document client requirements, customizations and impact evaluations
Analyzes client needs and designs and develops solutions based on requirements and discussions
Configures the application and workflows alongside the client and per their specifications
Executes User Acceptance Testing before delivering developed solutions
Troubleshoots and resolves application-level problems
Execute detailed and thorough documentation
Lead projects and weekly progress meeting with your assigned clients
Communicate with and update project management regarding client work status/tasks, challenges, and assistance needed
Consistently participate in on-going educational classes and seminars to improve and enhance skill set

Required

Minimum of five (5) years' experience implementing UKG PRO solution
Other UKG Modules are a plus
Thorough understanding of implementation life cycle components, including Ability to identify problems, gather requirements, conduct analysis and provide accurate solutions
Ability to work independently without daily supervision as well as multitask between different projects and clients
Experience working in complex business environments and on high-pressure, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting
Excellent and creative problem-solving skills and analytical skills
Proven Client Leadership skills including conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication and professional presentation skills
Effective meeting management skills
Willingness and ability to travel if needed (no more than 30% of the time)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Preferred

Knowledge of SQL relational database management systems and experience in designing, developing/ scripting and testing interfaces in Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
Experience upgrading UKG READY/ ADP eTIME database from one version to another
Kronos Advanced Scheduler for Retail or Healthcare customization, configuration and implementation experience
Custom report development skills
International exposure on a WFM implementation
Experience with HRMS/ HRIS configuration and solution concepts such as: Payroll, Benefits, Entitlements, Compensation, Leave Management, etc
