Responsibilities

Serve as primary communications contact for assigned varsity programs at Princeton University
Promote and publicize student-athletes, coaches, and teams via social media, digital media, and interpersonal relationships with local and national media
Work alongside other members of the Athletic Communications department to design and implement department-wide communications and social media strategies
Collaborate with other areas throughout the department, including Marketing, Broadcast/Multimedia, and Ticketing, to enhance and grow the Princeton Athletics brand

Required

A Bachelor's Degree is required
1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must possess excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Time management skills are essential as the candidate will be asked to multitask on a daily basis
Compliance with all Ivy league/NCAA rules and regulations required
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as well as travel with teams as required

Preferred

Experience managing social media accounts for brands/teams
Strong familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere
