The role involves maintaining and improving test, inspection, and assembly equipment, as well as performing root cause analysis and training production associates.

Responsibilities

Perform root cause analysis on Production electrical failures

Train Production associates to execute test software

Assemble test stations components

Troubleshoot test station issues in Production

Perform Measurement System Analysis on Test Station

Participate in continuous improvement activities

Execute new product development procedures

Participate in seminars, meetings and training sessions as required to maintain a working knowledge of new developments, techniques and products in the industry

Develop documentation of procedures and guides

Generate schematics and wiring diagrams

Maintain and organize test engineering lab

Required

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
