Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales recruiters, ensuring consistent delivery against hiring goals
Own end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, actively sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
Collaborate with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruiting strategies with business objectives
Present recruiting strategies, progress, and key hiring metrics to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing insights for strategic decision-making
Lead and coordinate large-scale hiring events, including planning, logistics, and on-site management, to attract and engage top sales talent across multiple markets
Build and manage a robust D2D (door-to-door) recruiting funnel and talent pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for sales roles
Travel up to 50% to support recruitment efforts, conduct on-site interviews, and provide field training to recruiters
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales recruiting, ideally in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Demonstrated leadership experience, with direct reports or team management responsibilities
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as required
Skilled in building and managing recruiting funnels to optimize candidate flow and conversion rates
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for tracking metrics and delivering presentations
Preferred
Prior experience with door-to-door sales recruiting or direct sales channels
Creative sourcing skills and a passion for connecting with candidates in non-traditional ways
