Responsibilities
Advising employers on OSHA compliance, inspections, and enforcement actions
Representing clients in OSHA investigations, citations, and appeals
Counseling on workplace safety programs, audits, and risk mitigation strategies
Supporting clients following serious incidents, fatalities, or government inquiries
Coordinating with internal L&E, litigation, and regulatory teams on complex matters
Monitoring and advising on OSHA and workplace safety regulatory developments
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in OSHA, workplace safety, or related regulatory enforcement work
(law firm, in-house, or government background considered)
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, enforcement processes, and compliance frameworks
Experience advising employers in high-risk or heavily regulated industries
Excellent judgment, drafting, and client-facing communication skills
Admitted and in good standing in the jurisdiction in which they practice
