Responsibilities

Identify improvement projects and initiatives
Drive projects to completion with measurable outcomes
Gather stakeholder input and facilitate integration of perspectives and ideas
Document meeting minutes, align on decisions, and translate outcomes into actions
Create high quality presentations and communicate with impact, balancing detail and brevity

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8+ years)
Knowledge of analytical chemistry and strong business acumen
Familiarity with the contract testing business and clinical research/development
Expertise in business analytics, operations, and process improvement
Excellent problem solving, judgment, and decision-making skills
Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities
Proven organizational and negotiation skills
Extensive project management knowledge and leadership
Understanding of basic budgeting and forecasting terms and definitions
Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills
Familiarity with laboratory requirements, ICH guidelines, USP requirements, and FDA guidance
Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload
Ability to work effectively with multilevel teams
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, undefined environment
Strong relationship management skills
Able to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people in a comprehensible and reasonable manner
Able to work upright and stationary for typical working hours
Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency
Able to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities
May require travel
