Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage various agreements like NDAs, vendor contracts, and employment contracts; support contract lifecycle
Prepare and file corporate documents and manage statutory filings with state/federal agencies. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes as needed
Form and maintain legal entities (corporations, LLCs), manage certificates, licensing, and other related items
Track legislation, research legal issues, ensure adherence to regulations and assist with filings
Assist with document requests, discovery coordination, complaint responses, and other litigation related tasks
Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates year-round
Qualification
Required
Ability to quickly learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and offerings
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Need a strong appreciation of the importance of completing tasks on deadline
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated independent work initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy, analytical ability, and professional demeanor
Excellent organizational skills
Associate's or Bachelor's in Paralegal Studies or related legal field
5+ years as a Paralegal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
Experience in corporate law, entity management, contract support, Trademarking, and filings with Secretary of State and other related entities
