Account Executive
Hubexo is a company that delivers data, insights, and software solutions for the global construction ecosystem. They are seeking a strategic Account Executive to take a new product to market and establish high-value partnerships with manufacturers.
Responsibilities
Own the full new business cycle for Lattira across North America, from prospecting to close
Build pipeline through multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, video, and events)
Convert inbound demand while relentlessly self-sourcing new opportunities
Engage VP to C-level stakeholders in building product manufacturing
Diagnose digital product content challenges and specification gaps
Deliver demos that show real-world outcomes, not feature tours
Build commercial cases that link product visibility to revenue growth
Maintain pipeline accuracy and CRM hygiene (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce acceptable)
Forecast cleanly, communicate early, and operate with disciplined follow-through
Influence go-to-market messaging, pricing, and positioning through field feedback
Collaborate with Product and Marketing to shape roadmap priorities and market fit
Qualification
Required
Must be authorised to work in the United States
3–7+ years of B2B new business sales experience (SaaS, ConTech, or manufacturing preferred)
Proven hunter performance and consistent outbound pipeline creation
Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing capability with senior stakeholders
Credibility with skeptical buyers; clear, confident communication
Experience selling new categories, new products, or early-stage propositions
High accountability and commercial sharpness; you run your number like a business
Familiarity with architectural workflows, product data, BIM, or specification tools (advantage)
Preferred
SaaS, ConTech, or manufacturing experience preferred
