Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze product regulatory developments in the United States
Partner with regulators to address inquiries about products sold on Amazon's platform
Develop and implement strategic compliance controls across business and operational teams
Create long-term compliance initiatives that proactively address potential regulatory challenges
Collaborate with selling partners to enhance product compliance and safety standards

Required

4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience with research and investigation skills or equivalent

Preferred

3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience
Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials
Experience establishing successful partnerships with internal and external teams to execute tactical initiatives or equivalent
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience handling confidential information
