Work closely with 2 veteran attorneys, capable legal support staff, and one of the strongest title teams in FL
40 hour in office, downtown WPB
Flexibility for family matters
Easy free parking
English, and Spanish would help
Google Docs, MS Office, working knowledge of Clio would help, but not necessary
Qualification
Required
Florida Bar
3-5 solid years in real property
Deep knowledge of residential: contracts and negotiations, motivations of real estate agents, Title, deeds, title policy operations, surveys, leasing & eviction and HOA/COA operations
Working knowledge: entity, corporate, formation, buy/sell, commercial leasing & eviction, commercial property buy/sell and business buy/sell
Peripheral decent knowledge of probate, wills, trusts and estates, taxation
Preferred
English and Spanish would help
Google Docs, MS Office, working knowledge of Clio would help, but not necessary
