Responsibilities
Lead the design and improvement of financial processes related to purchase, sales, and order management, specifically tailored for the poultry industry
Oversee financial reporting and reconciliation during period-end processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives
Conduct customer research, analyze feedback, and synthesize market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope
Maintain a well-prioritized product backlog and make data-informed decisions about trade-offs and scope adjustments
Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements for development teams
Monitor product performance through KPIs, usage analytics, and other metrics, making iterative improvements to ensure continued success
Serve as the primary liaison between business units, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned on progress and priorities
Drive Agile processes such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster efficiency and transparency within teams
