Responsibilities
Update and customize marketing materials for high-net-worth and institutional prospects and clients
Ensure consistent organization and archiving of deliverables and adhere to publication schedules
Interact with multiple portfolio management teams to meet marketing and business development needs
Source, clean, and analyze data for periodic updates of performance and characteristics of marketed portfolios and firm-wide information
Identify areas for design, layout, process, or other optimizations and implement improvements or enhancements
Support thought leadership initiatives including whitepapers, podcasts, and digital content
Proofread white papers and periodic publications
Responsibilities in digital marketing include website management, advertising strategy, and upkeep of social media platforms
Execute client and prospect-focused events that support business development objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
A curious problem-solver, eager to work on building a business with entrepreneurial vigor
Competent understanding of modern portfolio theory, investing statistics, and portfolio analysis
Excellent eye for visuals, including spacing, colors, typography, and graphics
Strong writing, editorial, and communication skills
Highly organized with task management and able to consistently meet deadlines
Highly skilled in Excel
Have a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred
Preferred experience in financial services
Preferred experience in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
