Sales Representative
Farmers Insurance Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join their team. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and recommending the best coverage options to help clients feel secure with their insurance choices.

Reach and exceed monthly production targets
Partner with agency owner to develop growth strategies
Qualification
Required
Active insurance licenses, or willingness to obtain (we pay for your licensing courses)
Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills
Resilience, confidence, and drive
Ability to Commute: Fridley, MN (Required)
Work Location: In person
Preferred
Sales experience preferred, but not required
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Cold calling: 1 year (Preferred)
Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
