Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and prepare data to support business and performance analysis
Assist with the development, maintenance, and enhancement of reporting dashboards
Analyze trends, patterns, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision making
Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from the team and business partners
Support process improvement initiatives through research and data analysis
Help improve data quality, documentation, and reporting consistency
Summarize insights and present findings in a clear, organized, and meaningful way
Develop technical and analytical skills by working with tools, datasets, and real-world business questions
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools is a plus
Ability to organize and analyze data to uncover trends and insights
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
Curious, proactive, and eager-to-learn mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
