The incumbent will coordinate the development of reports and programmatic enhancements for the HIV Patient Care & Treatment Access Program's data systems, ensuring effective data management and user access.

Responsibilities
Coordinating the development of reports, modules, and programmatic technological enhancements for the program’s data systems
Tracking requests for new reports or enhancements, including task initiation and expected due dates
Gathering system update requirements and reports for the program’s client and provider help desk system
Coordinating user access to the program’s databases and updating user guides with new system modifications
Maintaining the updated list and required documents for user access to the program’s databases
Working closely with quality improvement metrics, resolving and answering questions about data generated through the program’s database
Participating in training related to system changes and updates
Facilitating monthly calls with the program’s software developers to discuss database projects
Assisting as needed with developing evaluation reports for new program initiatives
Providing additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Knowledge of methods of compiling, organizing, and analyzing data
Ability to plan and develop programs and program components
Ability to evaluate and monitor service delivery and implement corrective action plans
Ability to determine work priorities and ensure proper completion of work assignments
Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
