Responsibilities
Design the TA strategy that aligns with headcount plans and business goals
Hire, coach, and lead a small TA team with clear processes and metrics
Manage multiple external vendors and partners with defined SLAs and reporting
Run end to end hiring across scientific and corporate roles with an excellent candidate journey
Partner with leaders on workforce planning, employer branding, and early talent programs
Support talent management cycles in partnership with HR colleagues
Track and present hiring and HR metrics to drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
About six years of experience in small to mid sized companies, ideally pharma or biotech
Proven record standing up or transforming a TA function
Strong vendor management and stakeholder skills
Hands on approach with ATS and HRIS tools and a data driven mindset
Clear communication and the ability to move from strategy to delivery
