Qualification
Required
Experienced with voice and collaboration technologies (financial industry experience is a plus)
Strong knowledge of SIP Trunking, VoIP protocols (H.323/SIP), IP PBX
Cisco voice platforms (CUCM, Unity, Jabber, Webex)
SBC, Genesys, and unified communications
LAN/WAN networking, QoS, IP/MPLS
Experience with virtualization (VMware), scripting/automation, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Sonus/Ribbon
