Lead the delivery, optimization, and support of critical enterprise applications spanning Finance, Commercial, and Customer domains, including ERP, CRM, Loyalty, and Payment systems
Oversee a team of IT professionals responsible for driving operational excellence, enabling real-time integrations, and ensuring compliance across platforms
Align technology solutions with strategic priorities, enhance system interoperability, and lead a team that delivers measurable business value across finance and commercial functions
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing IT applications, specifically in CRM and Loyalty systems
Strong understanding of enterprise applications spanning Finance, Commercial, and Customer domains
