$25/hr - $29/hrTEKsystems is partnering with a long-standing enterprise client to hire multiple Data Center Technicians for their Levittown, PA facility. The role involves supporting a mission-critical, high-security data center environment for a major banking institution, focusing on cabling, patching, and physical infrastructure support.

Responsibilities
Work within a live production data center while adhering to strict change control and operational procedures
Pull, route, and terminate Cat6A cabling, including patching into racks and cabinets
Perform surveying, patching, labeling, and documentation to meet client standards
Conduct Fluke testing and certifying of installed cable runs
Assist with trunking, overhead cable pathway installation, and structured cabling build-outs
Support physical infrastructure tasks such as racking/stacking network and server hardware (as needed)
Maintain accurate records within ticketing and documentation systems
Follow all security, safety, and access control requirements for a high‑importance financial data center
Qualification
Required
Experience working in a live data center environment
Hands-on experience with Cat6A cabling — pulling, terminating, dressing, and testing
Proven background with surveying, patching, labeling, and documentation
Preferred
Experience with Fluke DSX cable testing
Familiarity with trunking and pathway systems
Ability to perform labor‑intensive, physical work in a large-scale data center environment
Strong attention to detail and adherence to process
Ability to work on a consistent second shift (5 PM – 1:30 AM)
