Responsibilities

Work as part of a client service team, in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
Responsible for day-to-day servicing of complex portfolio of clients, ranging in size and industry
Proactively coordinate renewal cycle to ensure all vital steps are completed in a timely fashion including coordinating Strategy Discussions, gathering client information, managing client requests and deadlines across the team, creating proposal documents, and owning the post-renewal deliverables
Manage and lead all aspects of the invoicing processing including premium financing throughout the year
Track payment from client to Aon and Aon to the carriers, as appropriate
Become conversant with insurance policy terms and conditions specific to the lines of insurance being serviced
Engage with our Service team to deliver Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID cards at renewal and per client’s request throughout the year
Work with Account Executives and brokers to address client requests and needs throughout the year in a timely and professional manner

Required

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in account management on the broker side
Strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical abilities
Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail
Team oriented self-starter, with ability to organize, prioritize, monitor and control workflow deadlines and be flexible
Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (intermediate to expert user level preferred)
Commercial insurance experience required

Preferred

Property and Casualty brokers license strongly preferred
