Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Handles customer service inquiries and problems
Making outbound calls through dialer on specific mortgage campaigns
Receiving inbound calls, identifying what are the customer’s needs and then route them to the appropriate department
Update customer information through data base
Qualification
Required
1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience required
Able to handle a fast paced environment and able to multi-task
Preferred
Outbound dialing experience is highly preferred (ability to handle rejection)
