Responsibilities

Support sales and legal teams in preparing and reviewing standard commercial terms, order forms, and renewals
Partner with sales on deal structuring, ensuring compliance with pricing policies and approval processes
Analyze account history and data from Salesforce to create pricing strategies for maximizing revenue for small accounts and renewals contracts
Manage commercial tasks for smaller or low-complexity deals (new business and renewals)
Conduct pricing analysis and modeling to support renewals and new business proposals
Assist in developing competitive pricing benchmarks and renewal optimization strategies
Work with Customer Success team to help identify opportunities for revenue uplift through upsells or early renewals
Liaise with Finance to resolve billing discrepancies and verify financial accuracy in deal data
Support Customer Success Managers with data on renewal rights, usage thresholds, and contract terms
Partner with Legal and Operations to ensure timely deal execution and compliance
Assist Sales with ensuring correct product configurations and commercial terms are represented in orders and contracts
Support continuous process improvements within the deal booking and contracting cycle

Required

Highly organized and enthusiastic Commercial Manager
Initiative and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and clients
Team player who maintains the smooth running of commercial negotiations, deal structuring and pricing policies
Support the customer success team, sales and legal while interacting with senior management
Support sales and legal teams in preparing and reviewing standard commercial terms, order forms, and renewals
Partner with sales on deal structuring, ensuring compliance with pricing policies and approval processes

Preferred

Experience supporting senior executives and sales management with deal structuring
Experience leading and/or supporting high-value, complex negotiations
Working in a SaaS or technology environment
Managing pricing and commercial processes
Deal approvals, or contract review
