Responsibilities
Inspector will work inside and outside of the office
Drive throughout the community and inspect the property and common areas. (Inspecting the common areas may include exiting the vehicle)
Investigate any complaints and respond as directed
Note and record all new violations and update the status of existing violations
Maintain data and Update violations via a tablet or smart phone or computer
Communicate with the manager, other employees or clients
Produce Reports as directed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Self-motivated, but willing to ask questions and seek help when needed
Be a team player and willing to help managers and team members
Able to recognize priorities, organize, and execute tasks effectively
Written and verbal communication skills to be accurate, concise, well organized, complete, and clear
Reliable transportation and proof of valid insurance and registration
Clean driving record, valid driver's license and reliable transportation will be imperative to maintain in the position
