Manage complex litigation matters across state and federal jurisdictions
Draft and prepare litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Conduct legal research and develop persuasive arguments
Oversee discovery and participate in mediation and arbitration
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Mentor and train junior associates
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
4–7 years of litigation experience at a large law firm
Proven ability to handle complex commercial and class action litigation, corporate governance disputes, deal-related litigation, and breach of contract matters
Excellent writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
