Responsibilities

Implement and further the CCG Supply Chain Logistics strategy
Aligns activities w/ CCG data storage and formatting strategy
Own and improve Supply Chain Logistics dashboards
Provide data analytics for Supply Chain Logistics critical metrics (On-Time Delivery, CCG Fleet KPIs, Productivity, dashboard performance, etc,..)
Coordinate and track CCG Supply Chain continuity shipment and material reporting
Support Transportation Management System implementation, data storage, and reporting
Foster a continuous improvement culture within the Material & Information flows of Thermo Fisher Scientific
Provide support across CCG as a data analytics SME

Qualification

Required

Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related field
Strong expertise in ERP systems (Manhattan, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced planning tools
Advanced proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL)
Proven experience managing cross-functional improvement initiatives and projects
Experience with demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Excellence in written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to build consensus and collaborate with stakeholders
Proficient Change Agent capable of redefining and creating repeatable processes where none exist
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities

Preferred

Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent preferred
Six Sigma/Lean certification is a plus
Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, medical device) preferred
Experience implementing process improvement methodologies
Proficiency in developing and maintaining KPI dashboards and metrics
