Senior Solution Advisor - SAP Cloud ERP Domain Expert
SAP, a global leader in enterprise software, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Advisor - SAP Cloud ERP Domain Expert to join our innovative team. This senior-level role is critical in driving bookings, generating demand, and ensuring consumption and adoption of SAP Cloud ERP solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will engage C-level executives and senior stakeholders, aligning SAP’s Cloud ERP offerings with complex customer business and technology needs.

Responsibilities
Lead high-impact 1:1 and 1:M (one-to-many) demand generation initiatives, including targeted executive briefings, workshops, and events to build a robust pipeline for SAP Cloud ERP
Spearhead first-time meetings with C-level stakeholders (e.g., CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CIOs) to establish trust, articulate SAP’s value proposition, and align our solutions with customer priorities
Qualify high-potential deals and expertly guide them through the sales cycle, leveraging 1:1 and 1:M strategies to secure closures and maximize revenue
Foster strong post-sale relationships with customers to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions, driving long-term satisfaction and expansion opportunities
Design and deliver demand generation campaigns to showcase SAP’s capabilities and address customer pain points. Provide thought leadership at industry events and internal account planning sessions
Collaborate with account teams to align SAP Cloud ERP solutions with customer business strategies, proactively demonstrating SAP’s unique value
Challenge customers with innovative perspectives, teach best practices, and pitch SAP Cloud ERP process optimizations to drive transformation and inspire proactive growth
Serve as a “go-to” expert with a strong personal brand, coaching and mentoring sales teams. Contribute to Voice of the Field initiatives to shape SAP’s product and go-to-market strategies
Help create a collaborative environment where partners feel valued, supported and empowered to contribute their unique expertise and resources to our joint success
Qualification
Required
10+ years in enterprise software sales, solution advisory, or consulting related to ERP, with a proven track record of engaging C-level executives and driving multi-million-dollar deals
Deep knowledge of ERP processes and workflows, with expertise in key industries (e.g., telecommunications, high-tech, media)
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ERP solutions to diverse audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer challenges and align solutions with strategic goals
Proven leadership in coaching, mentoring, and teaching sales teams or peers
Ability to deliver compelling workshops, events, and pitches that inspire action
A trusted advisor in cloud ERP domain
Proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for challenging the status quo
Collaborative team player with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Proven experience with ERP solutions from SAP or competitive cloud ERP providers
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
Willingness to travel 25%–50% for customer engagements, events, and internal meetings
