Responsibilities
Handle active civil litigation matters from intake through resolution
Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and motion practice
Draft substantive motions including MSJs, MTDs, and discovery motions
Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
Work directly with clients and opposing counsel
Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy
Manage deadlines while maintaining high-quality work product
Qualification
Required
Licensed and in good standing in Arizona or California
Interest in civil litigation and courtroom advocacy
Strong research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Motivated, team-oriented, and eager to grow as a litigator
