Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure to support customer-facing applications
Collaborate with product, development, and customer success teams to ensure infrastructure meets customer needs and SLAs
Lead cloud onboarding and deployment efforts for new customers, including infrastructure provisioning, networking, and security configuration
Optimize cloud costs and performance through proactive analysis and automation
Serve as a technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders on cloud best practices, security, and architecture
Document infrastructure designs, runbooks, and customer-specific configurations
Provide Tier 3 support for cloud-related issues and participate in incident response and root cause analysis
Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements to our cloud strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering or systems administration, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing or consulting role
Proficient in Microsoft Azure, including Azure AD, networking, storage, and compute services
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate
Experience with hybrid cloud environments and legacy system integration
Familiarity with customer onboarding, technical account management, or solution architecture
Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)
