Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure to support customer-facing applications
Collaborate with product, development, and customer success teams to ensure infrastructure meets customer needs and SLAs
Lead cloud onboarding and deployment efforts for new customers, including infrastructure provisioning, networking, and security configuration
Optimize cloud costs and performance through proactive analysis and automation
Serve as a technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders on cloud best practices, security, and architecture
Document infrastructure designs, runbooks, and customer-specific configurations
Provide Tier 3 support for cloud-related issues and participate in incident response and root cause analysis
Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements to our cloud strategy
Qualification
Required
Strong customer-facing experience
Experience in cloud architecture, automation, and customer success
Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure
Collaborate with product, development, and customer success teams
Lead cloud onboarding and deployment efforts for new customers
Infrastructure provisioning, networking, and security configuration
Optimize cloud costs and performance through proactive analysis and automation
Serve as a technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders
Document infrastructure designs, runbooks, and customer-specific configurations
