Responsibilities

Create, develop, and recommend strategies for new media and digital marketing teams

Plan and assist with creative growth strategies for all websites, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, mobile apps, live streams, and display advertising campaigns

Coordinate online marketing campaigns on all social and digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Roku, Google, and Websites) for AWM

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals for ROI and KPIs to achieve sustainable growth

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights

Manage multiple projects and supervise collaboration between departments

Liaison with third-party agencies and vendors for smooth implementation of strategies, to acquire content, and enforce deadlines

Establish, maintain, and boost online brand recognition

Other tasks as needed

Required

Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ

Must sign the Statement of Faith

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent

Understanding of Andrew Wommack Ministries and its audience is required

Must pass all required checks

Preferred

Charis Bible College graduate preferred

Minimum of 3 years professional experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing preferred

Minimum of 3 years of supervisory management experience or leading a team

Project management experience is a plus
