Support business areas by analyzing initiatives, interpreting data, and providing recommendations aligned with objectives
Manage compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies through monitoring and implementing action plans
Handle escalated customer service issues, providing technical support and benefits education to internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate equipment, software, and network requests, ensuring timely resolution and vendor collaboration
Administer security access protocols, maintain confidential information, and support remote access environments
Collaborate with teams to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and identify improvement opportunities

Required

Proven experience in regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal laws and company policies
Strong skills in benefits administration, including managing complex benefits inquiries and providing education and technical support
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives
Expertise in managing escalated customer service issues with professionalism and effective communication
Proficiency in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including vendors and third-party administrators, to resolve complex issues
Ability to manage security access protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, and upholding high ethical standards
