Responsibilities
Act as primary point of contact for assigned commercial accounts
Provide proactive risk management guidance and client service
Partner with producers to deliver tailored solutions, renewals, and retention strategies
Handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, billing, and compliance
Negotiate with carriers to ensure competitive terms and pricing
Support and mentor junior team members
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty license (required)
5+ years of commercial insurance account management experience (independent agency preferred)
Experience managing a range of small to mid-sized commercial accounts, with the ability to handle more complex accounts as the book grows
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
Strong technical knowledge of commercial coverages and markets
Preferred
Professional designation (CIC, CISR, CRM, CPCU) is a plus
