Work directly with clients to understand needs, solve problems, and drive improvements
Conduct research, analyze data, and turn insights into clear strategies
Create polished reports and presentations that influence decisions
Support solution implementation, training, and documentation
Facilitate meetings and workshops that move teams toward alignment
Build lasting relationships with clients and teammates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Healthcare Management, Business, or related field
2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or government consulting
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
Experience supporting complex projects
Curiosity, courage, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve
Preferred
PMP or Lean Six Sigma a plus (not required)
