Responsibilities

Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and insights

Build data-driven recommendations to guide business decisions

Maintain performance trackers and reports for ongoing initiatives

Support end-to-end execution of strategic projects, managing timelines and deliverables

Lead cross-functional meetings and provide status updates to leadership

Develop clear, engaging presentations and materials for leadership discussions

Translate data into actionable recommendations through strategic storytelling

Provide thought partnership to senior leaders on tactical and strategic priorities

Contribute to a collaborative team culture; sharing feedback and ideas that help evolve team systems and ways of working

Required

You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, finance, or project management

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of creating high-quality presentations

Comfortable working with all levels of the organization, from executives to individual contributors

Self-motivated and able to thrive in ambiguous situations, defining milestones independently

A collaborative mindset and a passion for driving impact

A growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Ability to work in our Plano, TX office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Preferred
