REM COMMUNICATIONS INC is seeking a dependable, long-term Field Technician to join their team. The role involves installing, servicing, and troubleshooting mobile video systems, two-way radios, and other in-building technology solutions, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

Report to work prepared and on time, adhering to daily schedules

Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle, tools, and equipment

Install, troubleshoot, and service mobile video, two-way radio, and related systems

Perform all work in a safe and professional manner

Occasionally work at heights using ladders or lifts

Meet with customers to review installation options and project details

Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers regarding project status

Complete work within reasonable timeframes

Accurately complete service documentation

Assist with inventory management

Ownership of basic hand tools (specialty tools provided)

Candidates with military experience or backgrounds in security systems, low-voltage wiring, car audio, vehicle upfitting, or two-way radio work are encouraged to apply
