Responsibilities

Set the enterprise vision, strategy, and operating standards for the HR Business Partner function
Lead, coach, and develop Senior HR Business Partners to deliver consistent, high-quality strategic partnership
Evolve the HRBP operating model, capabilities, and ways of working to drive enterprise value
Partner with executive leadership to shape and execute enterprise talent strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning
Ensure HRBPs are equipped to assess talent, coach leaders, and build strong leadership pipelines
Lead enterprise organizational design, operating model, and role clarity efforts
Guide leaders and HRBPs in making data-informed decisions related to structure, spans and layers, and capability needs
Translate business strategy into clear people and organizational implications
Serve as a steward of organizational culture, values, and leadership behaviors
Partner with leaders to strengthen engagement, address cultural challenges, and lead enterprise change initiatives
Ensure coordinated HR support during periods of change to maintain trust and consistency
Serve as a trusted advisor to select senior leaders or executive clients
Model enterprise partnership, executive presence, and sound judgment in complex people and organizational decisions
Partner closely with HR Shared Services and Centers of Excellence to deliver a seamless HR experience
Build bench strength and enterprise capability across the HR Business Partner team
Set clear expectations for impact, accountability, and decision quality

Required

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior-level HR Business Partner leadership
Proven success in complex, transforming organizations with enterprise-level scope
Deep expertise in talent strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and culture
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at senior levels and lead through change
