Start in 2026 SummerFlorida Blue is seeking 2026 summer IT interns to provide college juniors, seniors, and graduate students with hands-on experience in business processes and tech systems. Interns will work on real projects, receive on-the-job training, and have the opportunity to collaborate with mentors in various IT domains.

Tour our World Class Data Center
Meet with leaders from all domains within the IT organization
Engage with Executive IT Leadership throughout the program
Present to Florida Blue’s CIO and IT Vice Presidents at the program's conclusion
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in computer science, information technology, mathematics, psychology, or related degree program as a Junior or Senior student at an accredited college/university in May 2026
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better during the duration of the internship
Must be able to commit to working at least 30 hours a week
Basic PC skills required including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Basic programming knowledge, JavaScript/HTML/CSS or other Object Oriented programming experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; team and collaboration-oriented
Work under minimal supervision and adapt to a dynamic, changing environment
Must be a creative and innovative thinker
