Responsibilities
Manage client portals (Basecamp or similar)
Track projects, approvals, and deadlines
Upload and organize proofs, photos, invoices, and assets
Coordinate orders, shipping details, and delivery tracking
Maintain gifting calendars and status updates
Communicate clearly with vendors and internal team
Support packaging, inventory tracking, and fulfillment workflows
Light creative support (Canva, AI tools, basic formatting)
Qualification
Required
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Learns new software fast (no long training cycles)
Comfortable with tools like Basecamp, Google Drive, Canva, AI/LLMs
Strong written communication
Able to manage multiple clients/projects at once
Reliable, responsive, and calm under deadlines
Preferred
Operations, agency, or startup experience
Interest in luxury, branding, or hospitality
Basic understanding of logistics or e-commerce workflows
