Responsibilities

Assist in the design of sprinkler systems, special hazards suppression systems, fire pumps, fire alarm systems, and building/life safety codes

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar field from an ABET or ETAC accredited program
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
US Citizenship required

Preferred

Fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and/or life safety design experience
Prior work or internship experience
Familiarity with NFPA and ICC codes and standards
University level experience with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) (FDS) modeling and analysis
Willingness to travel to jobs sites around the world
Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certificate
