Responsibilities

Build a web-based application for internal use
Design and implement a SQL database to store cost variables, formulas, and product data
Create an intuitive UI for data entry, editing, and cost calculations
Generate cost estimates for proposed product designs based on input parameters
Provide basic reporting/export functionality

Qualification

SQLPythonHTML/CSS/JavaScriptData modelingCRUD operationsClean code practicesBasic documentation skills

Required

Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL or MySQL preferred)
Python (Flask/Django) or Node.js
HTML/CSS/JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar framework)
Experience structuring relational databases
Building forms for creating/updating data

Preferred

Experience building calculation engines or formula-based tools
Previous work on pricing calculators, configurators, or similar applications
Understanding of manufacturing or costing concepts
Clean, maintainable code practices
Basic documentation skills
