The role involves assisting in the installation of audio-visual equipment in courtrooms across North Carolina, including working with a lead technician and learning various technical skills.

Responsibilities

They are looking for Entry Level Techs with basic AV Experience
The upgrade will consist of installing a Cisco Roomkit Pro which is essentially webex
There will be two camera's installed in each courtroom one facing the judge the other will face the bench
The camera's to be installed are PTZ camera's and will be connected to the Cisco room kit
A 75 inch TV will be wall mounted and interconnected
There will be 5 microphones added to the kit and configured for use
There will a rack installed which will be prebuilt and configured
Most if not all the cable will already be pulled into the courtroom
There will be a lead tech at each jobsite who works directly with Intellicom to monitor the job
One is a new construction job and they will require Steel toed boots and PPE (They will provide) and the other is an existing structure
The mid level tech will need punch down tool with 66 and 110 blades, snipes and knife and will be doing punch downs in the com closets and terminating jacks
Running the cable, hanging using J hooks and working with a Jr level tech
They will be working with perm Intellicom staff
JR techs will need steel toed boots and snipes and knifes
They will primarily be pulling the cable hanging with J hooks and learning from the Sr guys how to do punch downs and terminating

They don't like cancers that delay progress and are boat anchors to the rest of the team

Must be able to climb a 8-10ft ladder
Must have a vehicle to travel to jobsites each week
Must have a credit card for expenses which will be reimbursed according to expense benchmarks
