Sr. Technology Manager \- Analytics and Automation
HR Recruiting Services is seeking a Sr Technology Manager to lead the Network Operations Analytics and Automation team within their Core Technology Infrastructure organization. This role focuses on driving the transformation of global network operations through data-driven insights, advanced analytics, and innovative automation solutions.

Responsibilities
Build, lead, and manage high-performing global teams of analysts and software engineers, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Perform workforce planning, set maturity and quality objectives, and develop training programs to achieve performance targets
Facilitate employee performance and career growth through coaching, feedback, and personalized development plans
Identify emerging talent, foster leadership skills, and provide hands-on career development
Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive network analytics and automation roadmap aligned with business objectives
Drive automation-first initiatives to reduce manual effort, enhance reliability, and improve operational efficiency
Ensure network automation solutions comply with regulatory, security, and industry standards
Establish KPIs and service-level objectives to measure operational effectiveness and success
Manage application performance in production, ensuring app health, resiliency, security, compliance, and adherence to enterprise data management standards
Partner with business and technology stakeholders, contributing to broader technology strategies and Communities of Practice
Promote inclusive, healthy work environments and resolve organizational impediments
Model an inclusive environment for employees and clients
Drive operational excellence, process simplicity, and data-driven decision making
Effectively communicate enterprise priorities, strategies, and results
Implement risk discipline, controls, and a proactive risk culture
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to develop talent

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of network protocols, networking technologies, automation technologies, and AI/ML-driven analytics platforms
Hands-on experience with tools and technologies, including Terraform, Itential, NetDevOps, Splunk, Python, React JS, Django, MySQL, and Redis
Experience with custom application development, advanced analytics, and data science
Proven experience building and leading global high-performing teams
Strong track record of managing enterprise-wide operations and driving innovation
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SCRUM ceremonies
Experience in the financial services sector or other highly regulated industries
Familiarity with public and hybrid cloud networking environments
